TIKUSAN began exporting Japanese products abroad to allow more people all over the world to enjoy them. 


Today Japan is still isolated as an island with its small and medium sized companies and factories considerably challenged by hurdles such as transportation and language barriers when attempting to sell their products overseas.  It seemed like a waste if these great products and interesting ideas were sold only in the Japanese market so for this very reason we began exporting and selling Japanese products abroad.

 
In the early days of our business, we sold a variety of products and the feeling of gratitude remains strong from when especially our Japanese cookware items received continuous positive feedback from customers who would even post photos showing them off for others to see.
 
TIKUSAN strives to continue to grow as an international bridge between various cultures and deliver quality products not yet known to the world in a form that is easy for everyone to use in their own way.
 

The Meaning of the Brand's Name

TIKUSAN is derived from the Japanese word "takusan", which means “a lot”.  In this case, it simply refers to our aim of delivering a lot of amazing products to a lot of people around the world.  The logo’s design is inspired by Japanese family emblems and wood grain.
