[Ingredients]
Steamed Rice 1050g
Vinegar 60ml
Salt 2/3 Tbsp.
Sugar 2 Tbsp.
1) Add Vinegar, salt and sugar into a bowl and mix
2) Put the rice into a wooden sushi bowl(hangiri), pour 1)'s seasonings, and mix it using a cutting motion.
3) Use a fan to cool the rice and remove the moisture.
